Why is it only $200?
Because it is how we meet people. The identity and website work is
where the studio makes its money, and nobody hands that to a stranger
off a cold email. A motion graphic and four stills for $200 is a cheap
way for you to find out whether we are worth more than that.
What if I do not like them?
You have one change order, which is a full round on the whole set,
not a token tweak. If it is still wrong after that, you owe nothing
and you keep your money. We would rather lose $200 than argue with you about it.
Do I need a logo already?
No. If you have one we will work to it. If you do not, we will design
around what you do have: your name, your colors, your photographs. If
it becomes clear you actually need an identity first, we will tell you
rather than sell you five posts that sit on nothing.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business name, what you do, where the assets are going, and
anything you already have: a logo, colors, photographs, a menu. If
you have nothing, say so. We have started from less.
How do I pay?
By Zelle, once you have approved the proofs. We send the details
with the watermarked files, and the clean versions follow as soon as
the invoice clears. No card on file, no subscription, no invoice
before the work exists.
Can I use the files anywhere?
Yes, they are yours. Post them, print them, do what you want with
them. After the invoice is paid you then own the licensing of the
work and all watermarks are removed.
